Blaire enthusiastically took on the challenge of designing and constructing a carport and pool cabana that enhanced the architecture of our mid-century modern home. We talked with other GCs about constructing it with steel I-beams. They all thought it was too challenging, but not Blaire. We collaborated on the design and Blaire completed the construction in about 4 months. She was available and very responsive to us and the trades throughout. She was onsite throughout and ensured all was completed including the final punch list items. We could not more highly recommend working with Blaire.
